Things I really appreciated about working with leatherneck roofing: - Chance was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. (Knowledgeable, friendly, professional) - he was willing to talk me through my options with the repair and give me a “ballpark” estimate based on photos and without me giving him any personal information (most other pros I had contacted wouldn’t talk to me without giving them my address, coming to see it in person etc— which by the way I totally understand helps them bid accurately.…but I really appreciated getting an idea on cost without having to meet up in person first) - it’s clear that Chance cares about doing a good job. He guarantees his work, and even though I had sent photos and described the color, his team took the time to drive by and confirm the color needed before buying materials without even being asked. - they were able to fit me in the schedule quickly and did the repair with minimal disturbance to us/our home. They cleaned up the mess from the repair as well.
